Isn't Tipping prior to the service?
Speaking of Vegas
After "a few" hours at the tables, at a shift change the dealer going on a break indicated to the new one who was toking. Changed the way I think about expressing gratitude.

Tips= to insure proper service
Toke= Token of gratitude
