I would like to get some advice regarding refund from Air Asia to a closed credit card

Does anyone know how Air Asia handle the refund. My credit account is currently closed. FYI , Chase account is closed around 3-4 months now

Air Asia agent told me the refund is approve and submitted to bank June 2nd, 2017. Air Asia closed my case

Chase Represented told my they do not see any refund show up on my old credit card. They told me request Asia provided the reference number so that Chase agent can do the trace to see where the refund money goes

I have no idea and have tried ( thru chatting ) without successful to get more detail of my refund. And I have no way to find out whether the note in my account " refund valid , approval and submitted to bank" is actually the refund was completed and successful.

According to Chase personnel, account closed over 90 days can not automatically accept refund .

How I should proceed from here. Have anyone in similar situation with Air Asia. Did you ever get your refund money . How long it takes .
