I'm currently staying in a Hilton property and and my MIL is in a second room also in my name. Pretty sure I'm well within the T & C - after all Hilton awards points for two rooms..

Unless there is a T & C that specifically addresses homeless people and hookers I don't see much of a difference between my situation and theirs.
