I called AC 3 days ago (on hold for 35 minutes) They are aware of the problem and told me that the charges should be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The lady stated she had a written script that advised her what to tell customers with this issue. I did take the advice and take screen shots of the reservation and pending charges. My pending charges are on the 16th day on my CC. My reservation is still there.^^
