Looks great. I'm still thinking about the saute of lobster, chicken quenelles and homemade pasta at Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester. That was an amazing signature dish. When I have the opportunity of trying another of his restaurants will definitely go.

Last week I was at the three star Waldhaus Sonnora in Germany. Fabulous experience but useless to describe without the pictures.
