KrisFlyer and missing miles claims
I flew a long leg on AI and gave my Krisflyer number for mileage earning. One leg (starting in Tokyo) credited just fine; the next leg, starting in India, did not credit - almost certainly due to the incompetence of the AI check-in staff.
How, in your experience, does SQ handle missing Krisflyer mileage claims? Do they research claims thoroughly or is it likely to end nowhere if Air India fobs them off?
