Decided I would trust the Flyertalk reports and attempt to find the shuttle rather than try to re-clear security on a busy holiday weekend.

Hustled quite quickly through the T6/T5/T4/TBIT connectors as I wasn’t sure how long this would all take. Fortunately I’ve been in TBIT once before and had a pretty good idea of the layout of the terminal. Went to the north end and jiburi’s write-up of his experience helped me a lot. Deltas map on their website is helpful in showing the shuttle is at the north end, but other than that not so much. There is not a single sign in TBIT in regards to the shuttle, and I didn’t see any delta employees around. I kept going further knowing it has to be somewhere on this north end. I happened to look left and saw a walkway/path that led to a large open area down below and saw a couple people, and decided I would go down and ask if they knew where the Delta shuttle goes. Fortunately, I was in the right spot and they were handling the unloading & loading of these shuttles. Waited 5 or 10 minutes and got on, and was asked which terminal I was going to. They went directly from TBIT to T3, without a stop at T2 and it was very fast. When unloading at T3 there were plenty of signs regarding the shuttle. Clearly, they aren’t expecting many people to use the shuttle from TBIT to T2/T3 given the lack of signs at TBIT, but it would be helpful if they could put at least one sign out.

Arrived to T3 with I’d say about a half hour to spare. The reports about the quality of T3...I don't think I have anything to add. I'm glad I didn't have to spend a long amount of time there. Thank you for everyone's contributions to the thread.
