I'm keen on the DWV because it seems more spaced out and private than the other WV's. From the pictures of the standard WV's it looks like your neighbor can see your deck from their stairs to the water. But maybe I'm wrong. In terms of privacy and space from your neighbors how are the SWVs?

The RWV is a $588 upgrade rate. So maybe that's a better deal? Although I don't plan to do a spa in room.
