It looks like LDW = CDW + SC + TP
and that Liability Insurance Supplement isn't available in Europe possibly because Hertz is obliged to cover that.
It also looks like a European getting LDW included in the rate for a U.S. rental is getting a good deal as it doesn't seem to add much to the cost and has zero deductible (whereas CDW in Europe has a deductible eg $1,000).
