Sounds like two guys had two rooms booked, at least one of which was a twin room, and offered a homeless lady one of their beds. Is it reasonable for the hotel to have refused her entry?

I have stayed in this particular hotel (Hampton Birmingham City North UK) and I seem to recall the security guys being strict about any "new friends" being brought back to the hotel. (However a Diamond benefit is free second person in the room.)
