"ambiguously stated" is an understatement if I'm lead to believe I can cancel with no fee, only to be slapped with a fee a minute later when I try to reuse. UA really ought to rephrase, if that's indeed the case (which I agree must be the case as otherwise seldom would anyone have reason to change rather than cancel and rebook).
