Hue to Danang is 2.5 hours by train. Highly recommend it for the views. (Although the train itself is dirty). 15 minute or so cab to the Hyatt from Danang train station (depending on traffic).

And I took a car from central Hoi An to the resort. That ride is usually 30 minutes.

Don't know anything about the kids club.

Loved my stay here... away from central Danang, but super relaxing and great sunrise views of the beach.
