I flew American Airlines from Philadelphia to Munich and back a few weeks ago. On both trips there was a section of 2-3 rows of window & aisle bulkhead seats in the middle of economy (Airbus A330-200) with a floor to ceiling heavy, opaque curtain.
Is this some kind of accommodation for people with extreme privacy phobia or something? I was too nervous to peek behind the curtain because I was a little afraid of interrupting someone joining the mile high club...
