Applied: March 03 2017
Conditional Approval: 6/16/17
Interview: 6/18/17
Approved: 6/18/17
Card arrived: waiting...

I live in Seattle and first available spot for interview in Seattle city location was on 10/19.
Checked Blaine location (border crossing) and there was one available for next day at 8am so drove 90 miles on a sunday morning to get this out of the way.
