We spent a couple days there last week and loved it. Each unit is free standing and either one or two bedroom, I believe. We stayed in #6 . A couple buildings are under construction. This was not a noise issue and the resort is very quiet, especially in the evening.
It's a relatively small resort with 12 units, but the pool and restaurant were not crowded at all and won't be even if it's sold out.
The restaurant (1648) is excellent. This is good because there's not much else nearby.
Each unit comes with a golf cart. You only need the cart for one reason, which to go to the private beach on the Atlantic side. I'm not really a beach guy, but it is beautiful and private.
We we flew into Governor's Harbor and took a cab.
It's a sweet place and we'd certainly return.
