Other may have a different opinion, but with 10-year olds, I would avoid the Admirals Club and just spend time in the regular terminal. The AC is an adult atmosphere. In the main club you'll spend a lot of time shushing your kids and the AC Kids Room would get boring for the average 10-year old.
There is much more to do in the regular terminal. There are art installations that beg to be explored, the Sky Train to ride and lots of windows to look out at lots of planes.

But, you know your kids. Are they the types who would be content sitting with a book or iPad for a couple of hours, happy and quiet?
