What's odd is that the 2R jumpseat on VX and DL is inboard forward facing, while on AA/US it is outboard rear facing, and also has supports going into the overhead.
The only other forward facing jumpseats I've ever seen were on the 727/DC9 rear door, some AA 757's at 1L, and the fold out rear galley jumpseat on LUS airbus planes.
