I'm a Sri Lankan passport holder on my way home to the US (greencard holder) and arrive at NRT at 7.30am and have same day connection at 6.30pm, hence was wondering if I could get a Shore Pass for the hours that I am in Transit. Additionally, from what has been mentioned above, is it possible when I arrive that I go straight to the JAL F lounge, shower and freshen up and then go to the immigration desk to see if I can get a Shore Pass or will this not be possible as I would have already entered the Transit/Departures area?
