Regarding the renovation, if you go to book a room (on a night which actually has rooms), above the list of rooms you'll see something like this (current notice):
Renovation Information – Guest room refresh thru November 2017. Concierge level rooms/lounge on top floor of hotel closed for renovation thru June 30. Temporary concierge level with lounge on 4th floor.
