Sometimes when you phone Hilton reservations, they will ask if you will listen to a special promotion. Usually it is about getting some rooms cheap for 3 nights in some Hilton hotel they are promoting, and you can use the rooms anytime within a year. You pay some dollar value for a few nights up front.
Is there some hidden catch to these buying one of these deals?
