I too managed to book when it was 10k, which i thought was a steal.
And looks like it's a short walk to Little India MRT.

I agree with previous comments that the location is not great. However, it is far from unsafe.

Singapore is perhaps the safest city on the entire planet (and is regularly rated as such by international metrics) - you have precisely nothing to worry about at this location.
