Thanks for the heads up. When I've checked new hotels periodically during the year & click on Sri Lanka, it always re-directed me to a list of properties in the US (LOL).

My guess (and it's only that) is that it may not open in July, but might open by fall. There's no category assigned yet & as you note, some contact information is missing. You might try contacting MR reservations & see if they have any info. Sometimes cat & inventory doesn't get loaded until close in to real opening time. If you can make refundable other plans, you might want to make those & then keep checking back on this property.
