Interesting boarding setup for AF/KL at MAD
Today I was flying MAD-CDG and noticed something different in the boarding process. For both KLM and AF flights, they had three lines: SkyPriority, No Hand Luggage, and Hand Luggage. Those who only had a small piece of luggage fitting under the seat were allowed to board right after SkyPriority. Even with the boarding starting at T-25, the door was closed 5 minutes in advance.

I'm wondering if this was a trial at this particular station (MAD) or if this was a recent change made by AFKL.
