IMHO $23.40 difference is not worth of possible issues with OTA (do your search here on FT). The difference can be caused by many factors, one being exchange rate and how LX website does it compared to the two OTAs. BTW, do you realise that business class for ZRH-FCO is the same seat as in economy? The only difference is better food and seat next to you blocked. I would not pay for C class for that flight...
