I'd say 1 bottle = 6 flutes/coupes. I guess I must be very generous to my guests, if the top barman manages to get 7.5 servings out of a bottle (

). That said, I would serve champagne in the flutes or coupes I have at home. A little turbulence and the champagne is spilled.
