I think the only thing this does, is to add a 5 minute walk (C --> B) in addition to the time to get through Security (making the assumption that the PRE line will still be small though now in C).
Or just get dropped off at C, in which case it adds probably 30 seconds to drive the extra few hundred feet (or 2-3 minutes if on the train to go one more stop).
