To best guarantee it will credit to QFF, enter your QF number from the start and show your BAEC card at the airport for applicable benefits (F checkin, extra baggage, lounge access etc)
If you want seat selection up front you'll need to first enter your BAEC number then change to QFF either over the phone, online or at the airport and show your BAEC card for applicable benefits. Risk is the BAEC number will stick and flight will credit to BAEC.
