Ditto!!! I have a horrible time finding jeans, being a 6/8 waist & a 10 (on a good day) hips, so if I find a pair that looks good, I buy them. Used to love A. Gold E's 'Barbie' style - small in the waist & curvy through the hips, just like the doll, but they are hard to find & now those high waists are so out of fashion. My current fav is DKNY stretch jeans - I think they're well under $100 & they fit beautifully - best of all, are flattering!!! I wish I could just slip into any pair of jeans, no matter the price, & look good, but that isn't the case...
OTOH, some REALLY expensive jeans (Escada, St. John, etc.) look awful on me - built for women with much less curves. No matter what, they gotta be stretch - comfort is of supreme importance!
