The discontinuation of this route speaks volumes to the fact that despite years of heavy discounted fares in-out TPE, the Taiwan residents are still favoring their local brands of CI and Eva.
And I think within a couple of weeks after CX announced the suspension of TPE-FUK service, CI and BR both announced to add frequencies on that route.
