If an AC flight is showing as delayed on the flight status page, and also at on-line check-in, where the revised later time is shown with status of Delay, is the bag drop cutoff (45 min for domestic and 60 min for international) also moved to count from the new later departure, or the original one?

For other airlines I've flown, they count based on the new departure time, so I don't need to be at the airport as early.
