United likes to tout their "great team". It's a lie. United by and large has a people problem, and a lot of those people just have to go.
It's still happening too - I saw some of it last week..
It's been going on at least 15 years. I do not see it ever changing. I do not think the problem people can be fired.
Compare to a company like Amazon which does EVERYTHING with customers in mind. Constantly driving down costs, speeding up deliveries, adding services...
