As for what you propose, I think if you are concerned about getting caught, you really shouldn't be doing it.
I totally have her approval to use the form. I just don't want to feel bad if I didn't invite her to go on our family vacation, since she is the one that offer us the form. Therefore, I'm just worried that she will find out whether she have access to see or not.
