If you would like to take it to the court for mini bar items usually totals around US$ 30 – 40, then go for it!

Hotels usually do have that explicitly in writing and usually when you decide to stay at that hotel you have agreed to the term. You did not think large corporations like Hilton did not run such documents through their in-house corporate lawyers, didn’t you?
