If you choose to use the the Quick-Track machine it will only print tickets from the departure station.

If you choose to use an actual Amtrak Agent, you may pick up your tickets at any staffed station. Frequently, I will be passing through WAS(Washington Union Station) or WIL(Wilmington, DE.) and ask one of the agents to print an upcoming CO ZFV ticket for me. This works starting 2 days out, before that CO has not loaded your reservation into Amtrak's computer yet.
