Under the Global Explorer rules it says Air Tahiti Nui with a QF flight number - there is a QF flight numbered Papeete - AKL.
All other codeshare flights are not permitted with exception of Qantas (QF) code-share services operated by Air Tahiti Nui (TN).
I plan to fly LATAM from JNB through to Papeete then Air Tahiti Nui to AKL. From AKL it'll be QF around Aus and then QR into London. Around Europe I'll do BA and BA back to JNB.
