The AU Plat cards didn't get the $200 airline fee credit, so not sure why you'd think that Gold cards would get a $100 fee credit...effectively providing a better benefit on a "lower" AU card (not to mention that you can have up to 99 Gold AU cards for free, and no way in the world Amex is going to fork over almost $10k in credits for free).
