OK, so in total you paid 110,000 Avios, which suggests 55k each, which suggests you have paid about the right amount for a CW upgrade in both directions.
Therefore I suspect nothing much is wrong here, since you have the 125 ticket number on the App and you can see the right cabin for seating. By all means ring up for more assurance, but personally I think you are OK. I personally wouldn't fret about the T selling class, it's the sort of thing that comes up with manual changes, which seems likely since effectively you had 2 such changes. It's not the sort of thing I check, to be honest, though I certainly do check I have a ticket number. A single change can keep the reservation off manual amendment, but two changes would typically not allow this.
If you can't check in at OLCI (online checkin, 24 hours before departure) you should ring up straight away. The downgrade issue wouldn't strike me as likely since with a paid-for seating on the way out, so that's the leg with the T selling class, you've very much reduced the risk of that anyway.
