Nonetheless, many Chinos are notorious for cutting all the electricity when they close. Yes, even the refrigerators. Those "cool summer days and nights" cause the wine to cook. I've had white wine from Chinos that was putrid - tasted like old oxidized wine, and it should have been fine under normal storage.
