Is this really the best we can expect from today's BA ......? Such incidents continue to be reported far too frequently to be considered isolated in their occurrence.
Given that a full six months have now passed since BoB launch, it's perfectly possible that BA have no serious intention of addressing these ongoing service failures.
It seems so, really, and this is disgraceful.
