Don't want to be rude:

Internationally TPA may still be a VFR heavy routes, but the same can be said to many USA secondary routes besides LAS and MCO.

I personally found your post is rude and without foundation.

And of course BA cut one frequency. Equally I can suggest BA cut the frequency due to new competition from Lufthansa. And that still is a 'loss' of passenger if you carry 12% less. So when you have 12% less passenger with a frequency cut, what word would you use to describe?
