Well, it's under the 135 minute cut-off, so I'd expect a small cold meat salad and a mini chocolate torte thing. Certainly not enough to fill you up.
If you have the transfer time, I'd recommend heading upstairs in 'Lounge 2', where there's a decent Thai/Indonesian place in the food court.
If you really have a fair bit of transfer time, I hear good things about the new sit-down restaurant over the Schengen side.
Failing that, a baguette flambée from Délifrance always goes down well.
Really, I wouldn't upgrade on any intra-European flights these days. The food is not worth it, and Y exit rows beat any Europe Select seats.
