I was only delayed by an hour or so on Saturday 27th, but we did spend our entire four day trip with no luggage, which I think qualifies as pretty significant disruption.
As a data point, my collection year ends September 2017, and I hit Silver next month in July. Also, no response yet to the compensation claim I've made for clothes and toiletries that we had to buy. I'm not holding my breath!
I had the same but tbh I don't actually think the system is working that way so I'm going to let it go and see what happens when my status changes in August (I'll move up to Silver), I've enough travel booked that I'll be Gold by the end of the current year.
Tbh - it really doesn't matter but it's a little embarrassing that after announcing the gesture, it's been handled so inconsistently.
