Can I book one room for two adults in one hotel, book another room for two adults in another hotel which is right across the street. That way all 4 adults will have access to the lounge for 6 days.
The only problem is that we won't be together in the lounge. Could both hotels allow us to go all 4 adults together for 3 days and not use their lounge in the other 3 days?
Most times when I'm booking two rooms at the same property, lounge access has been extended to both rooms. It is NOT a benefit of the program, but a gracious offer of the property. Asking nicely at check in will do you much more good than asking here on FT. Also, depending upon the process used, it's likely they wouldn't notice extra guests with you.
Should they just let the room key control access, you can pass a second key for your room on to them to use should you not be going with them.
Also, be sure to book both rooms under your account and close the bill so you will get credit for the two rooms. If your friends want some credit card spend, they can pay all but $1 and you can then pay that off with your card.
