I got my luggage at Helsinki but I did check in my luggage three hours before the flight, maybe it was just before the IT system failure. Ironically, of all the days I gave my golden ticket to one of the cabin crew that day. I was sat up front- I think there were 9 rows of CE and the service was spot on!
