Obviously you haven't read the text then, where he says:
I accept that going to Concourse A from Concourse C was wrong.../...upset, teenage passenger who made a simple mistake of going to the wrong concourse.
We can all be sanctimonious and roll our eyes at a headline - that's very easy to do as a Big Grown Up reading an upset teenager's blog - but frankly I think people could be just that little bit more sympathetic if they read the blog in full.
The attitudes encapsulated in some of the replies are one of the reasons I don't post much here any more.
