On the other hand I think encouraging people to own their mistakes is important though, posting on the internet to the extent of 'BA gave me terrible service' when the truth is closer 'I made a mistake and BA didn't really help me much' isn't doing that.

The headlines are sensationalist, I agree - and as a vlogger myself I get more than a little tired of hyperbole. But the body text does essentially say "I made a mistake and BA didn't help me much even though I was an upset young man".

I'm sure he will have learnt an expensive lesson and won't do it again.
