I somewhat agree, we've all made mistakes and the people can be amazingly unpleasant and sanctimonious on the internet.

On the other hand I think encouraging people to own their actions and mistakes is important though, posting on the internet to the extent of 'BA gave me terrible service' when the truth is closer 'I made a mistake and BA didn't really help me much' isn't doing that. There's a line between that and 'he's an idiot' etc where it becomes pointlessly abusive but generally politely calling out people who're blaming others for their own mistakes isn't a bad thing in my view...
