I do appreciate some have suggested the blogger should be cut some slack as we all make the occasional - however the blogger does seem intent on getting a response from HAL and BA to show that he wasn't the one at fault. When you make a mistake own it and learn from it, unfortunately some like this blogger seem to take the approach of going on social media to try and blame someone else.
