I anticipate this is what's happening. I have a booking at this hotel in late September (points only, no copay), and when I searched for alternate dates, I only got rooms with a copay even though "standard" rooms were available at a cash rate. If I need to change dates, I will try just modifying my reservation instead of booking a new one.
