How Different Credit Card companies handle MS ?
I just learned, for a fact, that Chase monitors large purchases at CVS and declines the transaction until I call. Then they specifically asked if I purchased a gift card. This isn't new, as there are lots of posts about how strict Chase is with MS.
But I'm looking for other posts or info about how close does Citi, Barclay, and Amex monitor this? Do they care or shut you down if you buy too many gift cards, etc?
